Estuary Achieves Bronze Inclusive Employer Award!

Estuary have achieved a Bronze Award under the Inclusive Employers Accreditation Scheme!

Inclusive Employers is the leading professional body for workplace inclusion in the UK.  The assessment for this accreditation was a very robust process, which evaluated our performance across six pillar of inclusion practice:  Engage, Equip, Empower, Embed, Evaluate and Evolve. 

Our results showed that we are benchmarked as scoring more highly than comparable organisations of our size and/or sector, and that we also exceeded the national average, across all six of these areas.

We’re delighted to have achieved this Bronze Award upon our first Inclusive Employers Standard submission.  It’s a fantastic milestone which recognises the progress we’ve so far, and is testament to the dedication and passion of all of our people in truly embracing inclusion across our diverse teams and workplaces.

Although we know we still have plenty to do to be even more inclusive, this award gives us great assurance that we are on the right track, and provides us with a strong foundation to build upon as we continue our journey to become a gold-standard inclusive employer.
